A: YES! All our products are 100% authentic and they are from the Paul Frank Industries' official authorized distributor. Our products are the same as those in the Official Paul Frank Store.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Go to the Shipping/Tracking page. Enter the Confirmation Number from your order confirmation email.
Q: My package has not not arrived beyond the estimated shipping time. What can I do?
A: We ship all packages within 48 hours after payment is cleared. Shipping may be delayed due to postal default or your country's customs. Email us if your package does not arrive after 5 business days of the estimated delivery time.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
